theredtree’s Philosophy on Fine Art Photography

The traditional fine art masters in forms such as watercolour, oils and acrylic, had spent their lifetimes promoting their own art and their creative vision. Many of them were inspired by the experiences in their lives and the beautiful sceneries around them, which led them to create their impressions.

At theredtree, we believe in the joy of living. We believe there is realness in life. We believe in humanity and there is more to life than just work. Despite the sufferings and disasters in life, there is still much beauty in this world and we hope to share this with everyone through our series of fine art photography.

A traditional fine art artist paints through impressions; theredtree fine art artist creates fine art at the point of visualisation. The exact smile and laughter of the children in the refugee camp are as real as they can be. They are just impressions of the artist but it is the realness of life. Like a single tree standing in the mountains of Takayama, it exemplifies the beauty of God’s creation. Life is all around. Our approach through fine art photography is to find the celebration of life in every corner of the earth. An early morning climb in the hills of a refugee allows us to witness and capture the most majestic sunrise that we have ever seen. Exploring the Tsunami struck area in Sri Lanka made us realize that nature has a way in restoring itself. Going through the great expanse of land in Hungary, we appreciated the traditional horse riders who believe in their calling.

Last but not least, going up to the mountains of Takayama at minus 15 degree
Celsius is an experience of a lifetime and we are amazed at the meticulous
process of creating traditional japanese paper the manual way.
